It’s our way to show our appreciation to our customers. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals, purchases, supporting us on social and so much more. You can use the points to redeem for tier qualifying free products, free shipping, gift card towards purchase. The more you collect, the more you save and are rewarded.

Our rewards program is open to direct customer purchases from emkskincare.com. If you are a wholesale customer, please direct inquiries to wholesale@emkbh.com, for programs and pricing related to your purchase.

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends and making purchases. To see all the ways, you can earn points click the *Earn Points* tab in the menu to learn more.

You will be able to see your points balance on the header of the loyalty page, when you are logged in.

Select the tab called *Redeem Points*. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them as a reward and use the reward voucher at checkout.

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can – we will always reward our loyal customers.

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

Your pending points will be cancelled and will be removed from your account.

Yes - you can convert points to a discount during checkout.

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We will unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

Just contact us and we will re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

Yes, they are on a rolling 12-month period, your tier can change based on spend during that time and so can the availability of points. We have designed the tiers to reward loyalty and our most frequent shoppers.

The free product awards and all awards are not available for substitution. We do change product often and always welcome your suggestions at hello@emkbh.com

At this time, we are not able to apply points, but do give you an unbeatable value with our auto-replenish program.

You can join the program and receive 500 enrollment points. We are not able to add credit for complimentary gifts.

Gift cards qualify as purchase. As such, gift card purchases count as reward purchases for the purchaser of the gift card.

You receive the net value of what you paid. The points calculation is based on the total paid minus shipping.
