  • FREE standard shipping (5-7 business days- reduced carbon emissions) within the United States on all orders over $100 ($USD). 
  • FREE shipping to Canada for all orders over $200 ($USD) .
  • FREE Worldwide shipping for the rest of the world for all orders over $275 ($USD) .

*Our warehouse processing time is not included in shipping estimates. We estimate processing time 24-48 hours. Orders are not processed over the weekends or on holidays.*

A note about customs fees: Orders shipped to countries outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in our international shipping fee by default. You may pay these fees at the time of purchase by choosing the shipping option which includes them.

At EMK, we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. Please note the following policy regarding pre-order products, out-of-stock items, and partial shipments:

  • If an item is in pre-order status or becomes out of stock after purchase, EMK will cover the cost of shipping that item separately once it becomes available.
  • For international orders, any previously paid duties and taxes for the affected product(s) will be honored by EMK upon shipment.
  • If a customer wishes to add additional items to their order at the time of shipment, they will be responsible for any additional shipping fees and applicable duties/taxes associated with those items.
  • All shipping costs, duties, and taxes for the original order are charged at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

A note from our DHL partners: DHL eCommerce Solutions no longer accepts domestic shipments destined to APO/FPO addresses shipped via select products. This went into effect on January 1, 2021.

Effective July 25, 2021, DHL will enforce this policy and no longer accept domestic packages to the zip codes listed below with the exception of the following product types: 

  • DHL SmartMail Flats
  • DHL SmartMail Parcel Return

After July 25, 2021, any shipments – with the exception of DHL SmartMail Flats and DHL SmartMail Parcel Return - received by DHL eCommerce Solutions destined to any of the zip codes listed below, will be returned to the shipper.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. For questions regarding the status of your order, you may log into your online EMK account to access your tracking number or email hello@emkbh.com. Please include your full name and order number with all inquiries.

This list excludes countries in which customs or other challenges prevent us from reliable shipping. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

You may change your shipping addresses on file on your EMK Account page. If you have a subscription, you'll need to visit the subscription management page. You are unable to change your shipping address after the order has been fulfilled. Please email our Customer Care team Hello@emkskincare.com, however we can not guarantee the change will be made prior to fulfillment.

Our packages are assembled by hand, usually within 24 to 72 hours after the order is placed on business days. Please note that orders placed on Fridays after 1 P.M. PT will be processed the following Monday. The shipping transit times listed at checkout do not include assembly/processing time. Orders are not processed on the weekend or on holidays.

At EMK, we strive to provide a seamless return process to ensure customer satisfaction. To maintain efficiency and ensure proper tracking, all returns must follow our designated return procedure. Please review the following terms regarding returns and refused packages:

1. Required Use of EMK’s Return Portal

  • Customers must initiate all returns through our official Return PortalEMK Skincare Returns.
  • Returns that are not processed through the return portal may be subject to delays and tracking issues, for which EMK is not responsible.

2. Returns Sent Without Authorization or Refused Deliveries

  • If a customer refuses delivery of their order or returns an item using an alternative shipping method outside of our return portal, a $25 restocking fee will be assessed.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the package arrives at our facility if using an unauthorized return method. EMK is not liable for lost or misrouted returns sent without prior authorization.
  • If EMK is able to locate an unauthorized return, it will also be subject to the following conditions:
    ✔ Returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date.
    ✔ If a return is not received within 30 days, it will no longer be eligible for a refund or store credit.
    ✔ Customers are encouraged to use our return portal, which provides tracking and confirmation to ensure a smooth return process.

When you order online at emkbh.com, your order can be cancelled or modified if it hasn't yet been processed. Please contact our customer service at hello@emkskincare.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

If you are unable to place your order on our website, you can email our EMK Team at hello@emkbh.com. A member of our Customer Care team will assist and advise on our product range, placing an order, and send an invoice by email on which you can pay by clicking the secured payment link.

Please contact the carrier first, it is in their hands and it may be a delivery issue. If it doesn’t arrive, please reach out to the EMK Customer Care Team at hello@emkskincare.com and alert of us of the issue and carrier communications.
